Open Question: I need help with becoming a foreign exchange student?

Hello. My name is Paul, I am 15 years old and I live in England. I am wanting to go and live in America for a few months. The state I would like to visit the most would be North Carolina. I mainly want to go there because I have always dreamed of going to America and I have only been abroad once and that is to France. Another reason I want to go there is because I want to see how different everything is to England. England is a good country but I want to spend some time in America. This would be awesome for me and would give me a chance to explore different places.
